If you see a gray screen or if the chat does not load properly...
  1. Click on your Windows Start button, then click Control Panel
  2. On the control panel, click add/remove (uninstal) programs
  3. Scroll down till you find the first Java
  4. Remove/Uninstall all Java releases
  5. then go to Java.com to get and install the latest version.
