Hello! Happy March to you! As I wrap up this issue at the end of February, it looks like March is coming in like a lion. It has been raining here for days even though the daffodils are already in full bloom. The Winter Olympics in Vancouver is wrapping up and it feels like we are all cleaning up while we prepare ourselves for the next storm coming at us. There is a quickening and acceleration taking place now, you can feel it, the energy is palpable. You can feel the powerful energy of the Full Moon coming up on the last day of this month and sense the changes this new month will present. The weather is quite intense almost everywhere and travel is treacherous in many places. The Equinox will help us find balance during March and serves as an initiation into a new cycle of our lives. Life has not been easy for many of us, this month’s issue focuses on what we can do to maintain our equilibrium and sanity at a time that presents a lot of challenges and opportunities for growth and change whether we feel ready for it or not.

The Equinox is a time of finding perspective and preparing for the year to come. The astrological year starts with the entry of the Sun into Aries. It is time to jump start your goals and objectives and to infuse some new life into your hopes and dreams. Start a journal or new creative project. Even the simple practice of writing down 5 things you are grateful for each day will help you create positive changes rather than feeling you are only capable of keeping things from getting worse. What you place your attention on now will grow. Have you noticed how rapidly your thoughts are taking form? Now more than ever be careful what you ask for as you just may get it. Just as we begin to prepare our gardens for Spring, it is wise to weed out negative thoughts and clean up your own internal yard, till the soil and make conscious choices as to what you wish to manifest during this season.

My Eye-Opener column is titled Shift’s Happening! Let’s explore the energies on the airwaves this month and define some of the symptoms we may be experiencing during this time of ascension. No, you really are not going crazy and other people are feeling this dimensional shift too. I’ll go into more detail in April on the upcoming astrological transits and how they will affect us in the second part of this article. I am already researching and working on the follow up Eye-Opener for next month. Can you tell I am working on procrastination and want to be prepared? Yes indeed it is time to get my paperwork in order and get those taxes done before the last minute! PS. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the people of Chile and everyone who was affected by the catastrophic earthquake that occurred there as I was writing this letter to you late last night. I kept searching for the right theme and what else to share with you and knew there was something missing but couldn't put my finger on it.This morning I was shocked and saddened to hear of this cataclysm. Those feelings of being frozen in fear and wanting to do something to help washed over us all when we heard the news. Today there were Tsunami warnings from South America up to the Canadian border and as far as Japan and Australia. Send healing energy and prayers to the people impacted by this natural disaster and soothing energy to the Earth and Oceans. Our Earth changes theme in this month's issue is eerily timely and hopefully of help and comfort to you.
 

Each month, our editor, Selene, will contribute an informative article on a thought provoking topic. There are many events in our lives that mark a turning point. They can be things that happen to us personally such as relationships forming or ending, graduations, illnesses, marriages, births, deaths, career changes, moves, gains and losses of all types. We remember the changes that shape our lives through our individual experience. We grow throughout our lives and encounter various phases of development at certain expected times. From infant to baby to toddler to pre-school on to elementary school, middle school, high school and college. We are defined by our development and educational process as we grow and evolve into adults, our range of experience in life expands too. As children we experience “growing pains”, phases of development, and later teen aged angst, hormonal changes and growth. We expect to experience certain things at different phases of our lives, there are profound and significant changes that go along with these phases. Some we expect as normal or average life changes and others can come out of left field and leave us different than we were before, never again to be the same.

Pivotal events usually coincide with certain astrological transits, such as the Saturn return around age 29 and a half, planetary transits are markers we can use to define the phases of our lives. The movement of the outer planets imparts themes and lesson patterns to the particular generation that may share the experience of having been born under the same planetary energies. Just as we have developmental phases within our lives as defined by our physical bodies, we also have developmental phases that coincide with the movement of the planets during our life time.

There are events that affect us on a collective basis, they also create memories and changes that will impact our lives and make it different than it was before. Those of us who were around when President Kennedy was shot all remember what we were doing that day, where we were when we learned of this and the ensuing shock and changes that occurred as a result of his assassination. Of course, on a more recent basis, there are the memories of September 11th, 2001, a shocking event that changed everyone's life and perception of safety forever. We all shared these experiences and they make an impression on the collective consciousness of all sentient and aware human beings. Most recently, with the tragic earthquake in Haiti, we all experienced the shock and horror of this catastrophic event on some level. When things happen we do all feel it to some degree, if we are indeed all ONE then what occurs in one area will impact people throughout the world.

We are reeling with the Earth changes that are coming at us fast and furious. The climate is changing, our values are shifting, and our priorities have changed. There is a new reality now; a new normal way of being that is different than what we knew before the defining events that we have experienced collectively in recent times. Think about it, if someone told you ten years ago that you would have to strip down, empty your pockets, take your shoes off and go through an imaging machine to board a flight to attend a business meeting, go on vacation or visit family; you would have thought “NO way, it won't get that weird!” Well the truth is our lives have changed and so has our basic feelings of security and grounding. With all that has transpired in the past 15 years or so, we just don't feel as safe or secure as we used to. Remember when it was safe and normal for children to be able to play outdoors unattended? Those days are gone even in the most pastoral of locations. We have to be much more careful in this brave new world; there is not that feeling of trust or safety we used to have.

We felt devastated by the earthquake, so tired and shocked, unable to function, not sure what to do next. We prayed and made donations, those who could go there to help did so but many of us just felt stuck and unable to move as we picked up the energy of this tragedy on an empathic level. Many people felt lethargic and confused not only because of what happened to others but indeed from the energies out on the air waves as we experience the quickening that takes us into a new phase of Earth history. As our planet experiences a dimensional shift from the 3rd dimensional reality we have been accustomed to into the 5th dimensional energies that are now defining our lives and reality; we are experiencing growing pains. We are in a phase of ascension and it is not coming to us easily, but it sure is coming at us rapidly. And it is going to speed up even more!

There is a new matrix of symptoms experienced as a result of these dimensional shifts, let's take a look at them to help define them and assist you in understanding what are your own issues and what things you are experiencing that are actually a part of this dimensional shift and ascension period that we find ourselves in now in 2010. These signs take form on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. We can feel we are literally losing our past identity as we morph into this person of the future with all the accompanying changes and transformations that may not be easy to assimilate. It seems everyone is having very serious issues to deal with in their daily lives. Many people are ill and seeking to leave the planet now, whether this was their spirit's deliberate intent or not. There are those who are meant to assist from the other side and are meant to pass over at this time. Then there are those who may have felt that the way to escape their problems would be a speedy exit from the planet. Desperate times call for desperate measures, there is a lot of destroy energy out there on the airwaves at this time and unfortunately, many people are seeing death and/or suicide as a way out of the serious problems that plague them in trying times.

Some people see this as an act of heroism if they are taking desperate measures for a cause, of course it may be about religious zeal such as in the case of the Christmas underwear bomber. This potential cataclysm was averted through swift action taken by fellow passengers. It illuminated the sort of thinking that could prompt a young man of breeding and privilege into being brainwashed to commit the unthinkable in the name of what he believed in. Others such as the pilot who set his own house on fire and flew his small plane into the IRS office in Austin, Texas this past month just literally reached that point where he simply did not care anymore since all of his efforts to do the right thing and succeed had been foiled by the system. Unfortunately this act of domestic terrorism took the life of an innocent man who just happened to be at work and caused damage and bodily injuries to others. In both of these situations, the devastation caused by their actions also deeply impacted and irreparably harmed their own families and those who cared about them in very deep ways that can't ever be healed. Are these events a part of the clearing and purification that will be necessary to usher in a new age of enlightenment and peace on the planet? We better hope so and not just buy into the fear and hysteria that seems to be out there as we cope with the world wide economic issues and the physical Earth changes that are taking place as well.

With all the stresses of modern life and the fears about safe survival, we are also compelled to bring more light upon the planet during these trying times. The fact that you are reading these words now indicates that you want to make a difference and help yourself as well as others to understand what is taking place now. These are the times that we came upon this planet to experience as we have an opportunity to ascend and create a shift in the history of the Earth. This is a time of heightened frequencies and the old ways of being are dissolving to make way for what is to come. Here are some of the symptoms we may be experiencing as a part of the shift, no doubt these symptoms are very real but they can be mistaken for any number of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual disorders. It is serious and we do need to take care of ourselves but by aligning with others and seeking understanding as to why this is happening to us we can deal with the shifting tides without being pulled into the undertow.

Signs of Ascension: Procrastination and a sense of feeling overwhelmed. Lethargy, Instability and trauma, Unexplained weeping due to feeling overly connected to others, Depression, Food cravings, gain or loss of weight. Anxiety or panic attacks. Uneven breathing patterns, irregular heart rhythm, surfacing of old issues. Disorientation, speeding up or slowing down of time, active or unusual dreams, unexplained or unresolved fears, etc. etc.

Sounds like any number of anxiety or mental health disorders commonly diagnosed these days, doesn't it? Many people are on medications to help them cope with these symptoms or self medicate with food, alcohol or drugs. I do not profess to have all the answers but do suggest that you recognize and accept these symptoms if you have them as a sign of your ascension process and desire to bring more light onto the planet during trying times. They are in a sense, growing pains. See your doctor to rule out serious health problems and do some reading and research on what to do to handle these issues that are coming up as time speeds up and we move closer to 2012, whatever that pivotal moment in time may ultimately mean to us. Keep moving, break things down into incremental steps, exercise, eat well, use natural methods of dealing with your symptoms such as herbs, homeopathy and flower essences. Consult a trusted holistic practitioner to assist you with making healthy choices as to what to do to best help yourself. There is even a support group on Facebook these days to connect with others and discuss the signs and symptoms of Ascension. Selene: Hello Lady Kathryn! It is so wonderful to have this chance to interview you and let our readers get to know you better. The work you do reaches people on so many levels. How did you learn about the unique abilities you have?

Lady Kathryn: For me, my abilities came into my awareness gradually. I was aware of spirits and energies when I was a child. I was so extremely empathic that it was very difficult to be around many people. So school was not really a very cool place for me to be. Especially as a teenager and all the changes, I felt all those things. I would much rather "hibernate" (as my friends would call it) and read. In my early twenties I became re-aware of the spirits around. I saw my children before they were born, and then started communicating with many beings that came to teach me. I did years of secret Shamanic work and out of body journeys. I have developed my gifts and abilities through some pretty amazing and holy beings of God. My work began with the spirit world, and has developed into assisting the ascension of those of us that are on the planet right now.

Selene: So you’ve had these abilities since you were a young child, how did your family react to this? Were they supportive, did you have a mentor?

Lady Kathryn: My mother and grandmother were very much into herbs and alternative health, so I would watch and listen, but other than that, I did not have a mentor for my intuitive abilities as a child, and my family really didn't know about my gifts until I was an adult. In fact, I kept what I could do a secret for most of my life. I come from an extremely religious background that didn't support someone that could speak with the dead, or place their hands on someone and know what was wrong with them.

My mentors were the Ascended Masters, Arch Angels, and God. And I’ve had countless mentoring sessions from The Christ and Mary Magdalene.

Selene: How did you know you were communicating with angels and had healing abilities?

Lady Kathryn: Giggle, that’s a hard one to miss, Selene, when they stand above your bed, pull you out of your body, and take you to heavens to the many places of learning. Being with the angels was more of a reality for me then being with humans. I was always much more happy and at peace, when I was there. I have now intertwined the two worlds, and work easily and effortlessly in both.

It always gives me great joy to be in and work with the other side.

My healing abilities are such a natural part of my being; I didn't realize that it was a "gift" until my adult life. I received the Reiki energy from a Master during my first ever "reading" from an intuitive. She suddenly stopped the reading, and told me that Christ and a Usui Master was present and was directing her to attune me to the Reiki energy. At the time I had no idea what it was, but since have become a Reiki Master myself, and the healing power of my hands has increased 1,000 fold. My intuitive ability to "see" inside the body, inside the cell, inside the illness, has been a very useful gift. Along with that comes the ability to be a Psychic Surgeon. Describing this, it’s like this. I go to Creator/God and ask to see. I come down into the client’s body, and scan. I get a big kick out of this most of the time, because the body is so totally amazing. (I love spending hours in the human and spiritual bodies.) I come up and out of the body, and discuss what I witnessed. I then assess what beliefs, emotions, feelings, genetics, experiences etc. that is making the body weak in whatever area. We do the clearing work, and then go in and change the body. This has become much easier now that I use the Theta Healing Technique.

Selene: How do you see people anywhere on the planet? How are you able to connect and help your clients from a distance?

Lady Kathryn: Ah, this is called Remote Viewing. It has a lot to do with brain waves. Most psychics have this ability in one form or another. I go to Creator first and connect through love and truth, setting aside all my beliefs and opinions, and trust beyond measure that I am getting information in truth, for the highest and best good of this person. Often I receive much more information than I am allowed to share with my client. In these cases, they are not ready to hear all that is there for them.

I happen to be able to "see" and "hear" with amazing clarity. And yes, can see a person in their home, if they are sitting, standing, etc. but could really care less what they are doing. It isn't important, don't bother asking! I "see", "feel" and "hear" one’s energy, the inner body, their guardians and guides. I see and witness what the energy of a person is and where it is, what they are attached to, who they are attached to and if it for the highest and best good of a person. Clear the unhealthy connections; and you return to harmony.

Selene: I understand you have remained close to home and quietly promoted your work locally over the past 15 years. We are really happy you chose Psychic Access as the venue to offer your services online. How did you find us? Please tell us how can you assist people who are looking for deeper understanding and hope for the future?

Lady Kathryn: Ah, giggle, that I would blame on Salome. I am not sure how it all got started, but she is friends with one of my really good friends. One day last fall my girlfriend called and was so excited about some psychic web site, and that her friend wanted to talk to me, so on and so on. I laughed and said I didn't believe in those sites, and that they didn't hold enough integrity. I agreed to talk to Salome. We had a great 45 min. chit chat, and I agreed to look at the site. Then it took much more coaching to get me to fill out the forever long application, and much prodding by my guides to push the send button. I also went in and did remote viewing of the site, and all those affiliated with the site. I felt that what Doug had created had great integrity, and it meant a great deal to him. I could see that he worked very hard, and still does every day; to make this site beneficial to first of all the very talented Psychics and Intuitives that work for PA, but also wants to make certain that the people who connect with PA are taken care of in the highest and best way possible. I very much liked this, and was happy to join the ranks.

Interesting you should ask about the future. I was once asked to go in and look and the future, there was a handful of us around the world that went in and really "looked" into our future. The results first of all amazed me because we all had the same outcomes; we all just saw different pieces of it. So my dear, my advice is that anyone that wants to join in for the future of this planet must change. Raise your vibrations, and you do this by clearing and cleansing the mind, body and soul levels. There are many healing modalities out there, find one that fits who and what you are, that makes you feel at ease in clearing your baggage and blockages out of your systems. Let go of the resentments, regrets, grudges, the hurts. Let go of the beliefs that no longer serve you. Clear away the Karma of this lifetime and past lifetimes. Clear away the anger, and the hatreds. Live in constant forgiveness, and gratitude. These things build your frequencies and vibrations. You will then be able to handle what is in front of us; this is definitely a change in times. Live in happiness and joy, worrying less, and trusting the Creator more.

We are no longer just at the threshold of the new millennial; we are smack dab in the middle of the change. Take heart, we are doing pretty dang good!!!

Selene: Your spirit guides call you a Light Walker. Can you please explain what that means?

Lady Kathryn: I have been assisting spirits in crossing over into the light for a very long time. I guess you could say that it is one of the first jobs besides hands on healing. Spirits that are stuck here are called waywards. They have missed their window of opportunity to go into the light, and are stuck between the worlds. They miss this for various reasons, such as unfinished business, suicides often times get stuck here. People who don't have the belief that there is an afterlife, and sometimes they are just so attached to things here they can't let go. I have the ability to walk back and forth between the planes of existence and talk them to the other side. With this job, also comes another, I can go into the depths of the darkness and retrieve souls. The first time my body consciously was completely aware, I was a bit nervous. I was flanked by 4 very large Guides from the Ascended Masters. We walked down this tunnel, into complete darkness. Without going into more detail, I retrieved a woman who had believed she had sold her soul to the devil in order to save her sister from the terrorists. She did not belong there, but her beliefs had put her there. I then asked the guides why I went down instead of God. I was told that God cannot go where there is no light, because God is complete light, so it is one of my jobs, because I have the gifts to go between worlds without fear. You are a Light Walker they said, you walk and serve in the Light of God.

Selene: What led you to study Shamanism? How has that enhanced your talents?

Lady Kathryn: I started studying Shamanism many years ago, first because it is a deeply seeded part of me, and second because I was directed by my angels to do so. I was once a Shaman in a past life, so it has been really a natural thing to reconnect to. It has helped me stay grounded and more connected with mother earth. I was once told to come down from flying with the eagles, and connect with the mouse. For it is on the earth that the most work needs to be done.

Selene: Please tell us more about soul retrieval and how our past lives can influence us.

Lady Kathryn: When we experience great traumas in our life, we have a tendency to let go of parts of ourselves so we don't remember the whole of the experience, so simply put we leave part of our spirit/ or soul behind. We also let other people hold onto parts of our souls. This isn't a great idea either. We give ourselves away, in relationships and then if the relationship ends we are left with a hole. How many of us have experienced that feeling. It is important for us to become whole again. We do not have to wait until we are dead, and many do not become whole because they have left themselves scattered in many lifetimes. When we gather up our fragments, wash them clean of the negative of the experience, (we do not wash away the experience) fill that fragment with Gods light and love, return it back into our souls through our heart, we become and feel more whole, and balanced.

I used to do shamanic journeys with people to retrieve soul fragments; I have a lot faster and easier way now, and end up doing complete soul healings while I'm at it.

Selene: How do your services as a life coach help your clients? Is this ongoing work something you can offer on Psychic Access?

Lady Kathryn: I am in gratitude every time someone comes and lets me assist them in their healing journey. I am only a facilitator, a witness of the miracles that happen on a daily basis. In all of my personal readings and sessions I start out by having God give them the teachings of love. It is so very rare to have someone come to me who really knows what love is and what it feels like. I also facilitate the teaching of worth, by pulling away those beliefs that they are not worthy. This can shift one’s total body and energy; it is so amazing to watch. I move on from there. It is my knowing and understanding that all ailments, from being tired to having grave illness' come from beliefs and emotions in one’s system. Everything is energy, so if we have the energy of a non truth belief and or emotion or feeling, it will cause an effect in the soul and body. If this feeling, emotion or belief gets added upon and added to, the body will manifest an ailment. Many times we carry these things from the mass consciousness and our own past lives. Many times these beliefs are not even yours; they are from your past generations. We clear and rebuild from all levels. That is one of the reasons that we can move on so happily. One of the downfalls of the human subconscious and conscious is that we are full of not so good for us beliefs and feelings. Take heart, its great fun, when we can move through the rough spots and come out all joyful and happy. Even my own journey has not been an easy one, it like everyone one else has had its trials and hurts and anguish, but I now live my life in so much joy and happiness. I do my best to radiate God’s love for everyone that I come in contact with.

Selene: I’d love to learn about your experience with donating one of your kidneys to your brother.

Lady Kathryn: This is one of my favorite stories to share, and I have lots....so I’ll tell you the short version.

My brother was a juvenile diabetic; he did not take care of himself the way one needs to when you have this disease. He started to lose his eyesight, and by his late 20's his kidneys started to shut down. The January of his 30th year he went into kidney failure. We lost him a couple of times, and it was touch and go for a few days. When I found this out, I set out for the hospital. On the way to the hospital Christ came. (This is so etched in my mind, I can tell the exact place that it happened.) He informed me that my brother had a choice to make, he could either come home or he could stay on the planet. If he chose to stay, he would need a kidney, and that I had one that would be a complete match. I immediately said yes, with no thoughts to any other choice. By the way, I also bargained with Christ to get him a new pancreas and heal his eyesight too. Let them have some of mine I told him, he told me that it didn't work that way, but they would see what they could do.

I got to the hospital and he was really out of it. He became aware of me, and woke up enough to talk to me. I then told him of the amount of angels and family that were in the room, and told him of his choice. My brother looked at me, very strangely and said okay. Three weeks later, I got a call from him, asking me if the offer was still good, and if I would come back down to the hospital to be tested to see if I would match. I told him that I would be the only one to match, that there wasn't anyone else in the family that could even be tested. This turned out to be true, and I was a perfect match. This is rare to have all five tests to match up perfectly. I wasn't in the least bit surprised! Giggle.

After the surgery, I was in my hospital room and six very tall beings entered, surrounded my bed and began to work over my abdomen. I kept asking what they were doing, and I kept being told to shush! I finally was quiet and watched what they were doing. Five left, and the one standing by my head turned to me. I said to him, "I know what you all were doing," and he asked "what"? I said "that they were giving me a healing and also they were giving me the matrix for a new kidney". He smiled and told me that this was true.

My brother has since regained a great deal of his eyesight, and was the first kidney/pancreas transplant patient here in Utah. He received a pancreas from a crash victim donor; we are grateful to that young man for being a donor.

I am also very honored to be part of and witness to these amazing miracles and healings, and many many more that I have been witness to since.

Selene: You mentioned that you are a Theta Healer, please share with us what this means and tell us how working with these methods can bring positive changes to our lives?

Lady Kathryn: Yes, I am. It is the one healing modality that really connected with me, the ability to go directly to God and witness healings. It came so naturally to me, because that’s who I was working with in the first place. :) Theta healing is a healing modality that puts the practitioner into a Theta brain wave, although I have and have witnessed many go into a Delta brainwave. It is a meditation process of prayer with Creator/God that creates and promotes spiritual, psychological and physical healing. Before any session whether it is a personal one on one session, a remote viewing session with someone on the phone, or a reading for PA, I always go to Creator/God and connect to God and then the person. By doing this I am connecting with truth, divine truth and the truth that is for the highest and best for the person or persons I am working with. It is one of my divine gifts to know and to teach divine truth. So, I am blessed to be able to teach this amazing healing process. In fact, I encourage people to learn this simple yet profound way of healing so they may use it on and for themselves and their loved ones. So they can be open to their own psychic abilities, to see and get answers for themselves. We all love validation though, so knowing an Intuitive to ask for you is always a good thing.

Selene: Did you study directly with Vianna Stibal? Wow! What was that like? Do you teach Theta healing?

Lady Kathryn: Yes, I had the honor to study directly with Vianna and her wonderful husband Guy. They are both down to earth amazing beings, they love who and what they are, and have a great passion for Theta Healing. They hold this work with great integrity, along with keeping a mindful eye on all those who practice and teach Theta Healing. The wonderful thing is that they are now teaching Theta Healing all over the world, so I was blessed and lucky to have learned from them while they were still closer to home.

Selene: What else is new with your work and studies? Do you have some interesting projects in progress?

Lady Kathryn: I work with clearing and teaching about Chakras and the healing that comes from keeping these sacred energy wheels clear and spinning in harmony.

I work and teach about Essential Oils, how to use them, and why to use them. How important Certified Therapeutic Grade oil is. How oils and nutrition play a huge part in the healing of the physical and emotional bodies. I finally found an oil that holds great integrity and purity, and has a high enough frequency that is worth using.

I am making a meditation CD. This has been harder than I originally thought it would be. It’s easy to have a group of people to observe and watch as you guide them into deep meditation, and another to do it into a mic, with no feedback. Challenging but fun all the same.

I am also compiling a couple of books. One is about the body and its link to emotions and beliefs. The other is about the higher harmonics of Relationships. We are now in the beginnings of the newer frequency and it will keep changing, as do we. Many on the planet have stepped out of relationships that are old and no longer working, but many do not have a clue of how to have a relationship that is grown from God’s teachings of Love.

I also hope to soon be working with a Doctor from Harvard doing some research working with study groups and the immediate and long term effects of alternative healing, I'm really looking forward to this. It should be lots of fun.

Selene: Do you have a meditation or healing you would like to share with us?

Lady Kathryn: This is one of my favorite and easiest meditations that I was taught a very long time ago, before I knew that any of this existed outside of my own realities. One of my teacher/guides came one night. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed with the situation I was in. He came and told me that it was very difficult to teach me when I was in this state of mind. So I was told that this meditation was highly beneficial to do anytime, anywhere. And that there are thousands of levels you can go, deeper and deeper. Many times it feels like there is no end. And it is one that you can do on your own, without any guidance.

Lie comfortably. Settle in, and breathe. Notice your breath, notice how long your inhale is; notice how long your exhale is. Concentrate on breathing. For as long as it takes you to relax. Breathe into every part of your body. Just breathe. Then, say these words to yourself, over and over. Be still. Be still and know that I am. Be still. Be still and know that I am.

If you find yourself drifting, and worrying about daily things, just breathe and repeat the words again. Be still and know that I am.

This meditation has the ability to take you into the depths of your soul, as well as connecting to your God self. Enjoy. :)

Selene: That is awesome thank you, simple but highly effective. Tell me, have you always lived in Utah? Do you feel you are where you were meant to be?

Lady Kathryn: Giggle, you are a perceptive one, aren't you Selene? Guess that’s what makes you good at what you do!!!

Yes, I have always lived in Utah, but just a couple of weeks ago, God directed me that it was time to move. This is totally cool, and a bit unnerving at the same time. This is connecting me to trust God, my guides and angels once again, knowing that they assist me every step of the way. Because on the planet, I am alone in this move, but I'm not alone when it comes to the realms of God, and all of the support that I receive from the other side. So I have been cleaning out my home that I have lived in for the past 15 years, and getting ready to move across the state, and then only God and my angels know where from there. I'm in good hands, and always seem to be well taken care of, so I trust when I'm given direction and follow in gratitude.

Selene: This is the part that is unscripted. What else would you like us to know about you?

Lady Kathryn: Well, that I am extremely happy. I have cleaned and cleared enough of my stuff that I can actually say that I know what it feels like to live in joy! It feels great people!!! Yes, I have bad days, life issues, and my body continually goes through its shifts and crap, but my spirit shines through with joy that can only come from being a clear open connection to Creator and all that that entails.

I have had the amazing experience of going to the moment of my spirit’s creation and being witness to what it was created to be and do. So, I will share one of the things I was given, and that is that I am a seeker and teacher of divine truth. It is a must for me always to give this, so for those that come to me for readings and sessions to receive divine truth. Many times these things are not always easy to hear and understand, but truth will always work its way in. It is a Law. I am extremely humbled and honored by this task, and that is my true intent for all that comes my way.

Not since Watergate has there been a more public and dramatic fall from Power, Grace or Heroic status than the recent fall of Tiger Woods. As we have just entered the Year of the Tiger, it is timely to look at this melodrama and reflect on its classical patterns.

The facts are as follows. Tiger has been the most successful golf player we have ever seen, a role model and icon corporations fought for to have on their advertisements, and a black guy succeeding in a largely white golf culture. Suddenly he has a slight car accident; the media discover it followed a row with his Swedish wife about his promiscuity. He kind of confesses, drops out of championship golf for a while, gets dropped by his corporate sponsors one by one and then publicly apologizes for letting down his family and everyone else who looked up to him.

In America, when someone commits adultery, it gets called cheating. Now that's not a word you want to have thrown at you if you are a sporting legend. You have to hand back your medals and endure public humiliation and disgrace. Tiger kept his medals but risked his wedding band. He was only human, after all. And that is what is unforgivable in a heroic role model.

We have a social contract with our live heroes. They get billions of dollars, high profile fame and their own brands of merchandise so long as they are reported as behaving like heroes all the time. The British Royal Family understands this, so it threw Diana and Fergie to the lions but Philip, Margaret and Anne retained all their royal positions and privileges. What was the difference? The sexual wanderings of the former became public; those of the latter did not. (Don't ask how I know they had any, because I'd have to take the First Amendment in the Work which is ‘Keep Silence'). Punishment follows discovery and publication. It does not follow the act itself – just the news of it.

This infidelity scandal reflex has been playing out since Ancient Greece. Ancient Egypt, China, India and Babylon did not have puritan morality, so they did not have our kinds of scandals. Although Zeus/Jupiter was King of the Greek Gods, he was famous for his promiscuity. Whereas Hera/Juno, his wife, has no infidelity in any of her stories, just lots of resentment and jealousy. Here was the origin of our respect for sexual fidelity. She was regarded by the Greeks as quite a noble and long suffering figure, whereas Zeus was just a powerful lecher – kind of like England's Henry VIII. The only promiscuous goddess was Venus/Aphrodite and as goddess of love she was allowed that. Athene/Minerva, Diana, Ceres, Hestia and all the other goddesses were chaste or married. The Romans took over Greek myths without changing them at all and so took their values too. Christianity eventually took over Rome and so today we still respect the goddesses over the gods, because we need them not to cheat and it is the men who are more likely to disappoint us in that respect. Despite the continuing grasp by men on power, religion and war, if you are a man who becomes famous and then is held out as a role model, you better be chaste or faithful or very, very careful indeed.

"Power"

Let's talk of power. There are many, many, many kinds of power, but we are going to focus on just two: Systems/Group Power and Personal Power.

These two kinds of power can make or break us depending on our individual perceptions and belief systems. Put another way it is outside power vs. inside power. As above, so below is a definition we've all heard many times; but in this case it's as without so within. If you have vivid Personal Power and feel strong within yourself then your energy radiates outward and you can work within the framework of Systems/Group Power of your society successfully and cooperatively. This is because you know that the System or Group cannot take your power away. If your Personal Power is weak or frail, then you will look outside yourself to remedy this. You will find yourself pointing fingers and finding blame with the System or Group because you perceive it is taking away your Personal power. Boundaries become huge issues for you and fear will run you.

Systems/Group Power is societal. This power is a framework of rules that keeps a group safe; and things running smoothly for all. It is government, religions, family; groups we are members of or wish to join.

I'm fond of referring to Systems/Group Power as "The Powers That Be". They are frameworks of man-made rules that define how we must live and work within our chosen society to survive. They are NOT divine higher spiritual powers. Those come naturally; from within each of us. They are a given in all of us. We are born divine beings and nothing takes that way ever. We are already gods and goddesses. It will always be so. Always!

We are born with instinct to not only survive; we know we must work within a framework of rules and obligations of the outside world in order for life to work. If we want in the game, and want to play the game we must play by the rules and know our position. If we don't play by the rules, then we get run over on the field and get hurt. Women can have a hard time with this concept. Men not so much. Yes, the feminists just hate Salome.... and that is okay! It is what it is. It's not fair, but then, we know life is not fair. It's not supposed to be fair. Life is hard and joyful and you're here to learn. Again, it is what it is. If your Personal Power is vivid, strong and healthy; you get this. If not, you don't. You'll argue that things aren't fair until the cows come home to anyone who will listen. The idea is to be flexible plus smart, not decry everything is wrong or broken.

Societal systems have been in place for so long we have come to accept that they rule the day. They represent what shamans call consensual reality. They delineate (notice I didn't say dictate) how to behave in certain situations. As long as we follow the rules outlined within our societal structure, we are fine....or so we think. Low self-esteem correlates to maimed Personal Power, high self-esteem correlates to vivid Personal Power.

If we have strong Personal Power; we automatically understand the rules are there to keep the society running smoothly. We don't really have a problem with them. We can use them and work with them. If we have malnourished Personal Power then we will tend to feel imposed or put upon. It's them vs. us rather than them working with us and vice versa.

If our Personal Power is maimed, there is a tendency to build anger and resentment against the system and others. We lash out, wanting to take our power back from society. Nothing could be further from our truth but we tend to balk at consensual reality when we feel powerless. Think of any animal that has been maimed, they become dangerous to themselves and others to survive!

If our Personal Power is weak then we will suck the life force out of others to gain energy. If it is strong we use our energy wisely. Personal Power includes Physical Power, Mental Power, Spiritual Power, and Emotional Power. This is Air, Earth, Fire and Water for all you pagans out there.

We are born with vivid Personal Power. Life is meant to challenge it too. We must meet life head on, and unafraid. We enjoy life in spite of ups and downs. During good times and bad times we can stay even, balanced. If we are knocked off center we will right ourselves; if we have all the four elements at our command. Those elements plus INTENT AND IMPECCABILITY are key.

What can we do to make sure we don't lose Personal Power? We court the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water to build up that power of ours deep within. How do we go about doing this? STALKING. We stalk personal power as if it was our prey to insure our very survival, that's how. If we don't stalk our Personal Power, then we will stalk other's Personal Power. This is shameful. We do not have that right under any circumstances. We INTEND to STALK our own Personal Power with IMPECCABILITY.

If someone says to you, "Here take my power.” say "Thanks, but no thanks; I must be about attending my own." Lead by example knowing it is a blessed thing to encourage others.

Stalking Personal Power plus Intent plus impeccability is key. Very key! If these terms seem strange to you, then it's way past time that you got familiar with them. Vivid Personal Power is only had by these means, no other way. Personal Power is your birthright. If you have lost some of yours then go get it. Please. Actually it's already there within us; we just need to go do a bit of digging to find it. We never lose it, sometimes we do loan it out in weak moments of magnanimity. Shamans will see this as needing to get over yourself and your own self importance. Get over this please. Giving your own power means you feel as if you have more than others. You don't. We all have the same amount of Personal Power; it's just that some of us maintain it better than others.

I realize that many reading this will say, "Oh sure Salome, it's not that simple!" Yes it is. If we are impeccable in our intent to nurture our Personal Power and use it we serve not only ourselves but others as well.

It's the conditioning by the Systems/Group Power run by people with weak Personal Power that sometimes teaches us this will be difficult. It's not. What is difficult is grasping the parallel that exists between these two powers if we think we must grasp or gain power over others that maims us... and I do mean maim. Again, lead by example showing others how to do likewise. You'll soon find the systems righting themselves. Then the conspiracy theorists will have to find another line of work. Their targets will not be fun anymore because the Systems are working.

Systems/Group Power is only as good as its operators. It is also a truth we will not see a maimed society unless we ourselves are also maimed. If we are limping, wounded, bleeding; the system also limps, and wounds do not heal. If our Personal Power is vivid, then the Systems/Group Power is also vivid.

I have a penchant for handing out homework. I am a teacher who also happens to be a shaman. You must do your homework to bring the vividness back to your Personal Power which will then polish up the Systems/Group Power. No one loses, everyone wins this way.

Therefore, I give to you a homework assignment: Go read up on STALKING, INTENT, AND IMPECCABILITY. While you're at it, hone up on your knowledge of the elements, Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Then come back and read back over this article. Do it again and again till it sinks in and you can do this in your sleep. Make this secondhand knowledge. Know it, live it both night and day. You must do this, and yes, you agreed to all the hard knocks and challenges in your life. You also have all the Personal Power it takes already, so plan on polishing it and using it.

Now more than ever, each and every one of us must, must, must do this. Why? Because anywhere in the world, where any Systems/Group Power is broken and not running smoothly, we must each contribute in repairing it. We promised and we knew what we were getting into when we arrived in this incarnation.

The world is in turmoil. It's supposed to be. Why? To teach us to manage power. Why? Because one of these days, sooner than we now realize we will all be responsible for creating worlds in the greater cosmos that run well.

Stalk your Personal Power as prey. Intend to be absolutely impeccable in your methods. If you do this, practicing, over and over and over; it will soon become second nature to you. Automatic. You'll be amazed at how much more you enjoy working with the "Powers That Be" and they with you! And... You’re going to love knowing your own Personal Power is vivid. You will be radiant and strong. Most of all you will be happier plus the world will be a much happier place. Much happier!

"Real Psychics"

Welcome to this month's Believers and Seekers thoughts on Real Psychics. I was recently asked by the owner of Psychic Access in reference to a call he received from a site member: "How do Psychics connect with us over the phone?" And I thought that this was a great subject for an article for the Times. How do you know a Psychic is real?

Right off the bat...pay attention to these few things:

• Unrealistic claims such as being able to give you winning numbers in Lottery, or find your soul mate.
• Expensive phone lines where the person on the phone will try and carry on the phone call as long as possible as the call is charged per minute;
• Cold reading. A technique which involves manipulating the subject to make them think they are being provided with great insights, for instance making suggestions and seeing how the subject responds. This technique is often helped by the subject's willingness to believe in the psychic's paranormal powers;
• People who tell you are cursed or going to die; real psychics should not tell you this sort of information.

It is necessary in this world we are in, to find our connections to like minded souls that will help us along our journey. I receive many calls a week from folks looking to get answers to their quandaries. And the questions are changing; from does he love and will he come back, to why am I feeling this way and dreaming like this? What does it all mean....they ask? This is wonderful!

In your search for a true psychic, listen to your instincts. Ask for references. But most importantly, realize why you are seeking them. What do you want to accomplish in your life by having a Psychic Advisor? The time is here for change, in so many arenas. There is not time to stand around and “hem and haw” about what to do or which direction in which to head.

I know there are those out there scamming folks and tossing out lies and deception. That is not so at Psychic Access; or with me period. It is hard to tell I am sure from a client's point of view, but do take heed, this too will come to you. Trust in your own guide's energy, angels if that is how you see it. There is a reason that "prophets" are among us. They are not here to help us win the lottery, they are here to show us our way to the path that is ours by destiny's design.

Here are a few guidelines that may help explain things to anyone looking for a Psychic to help them in their choices:

1. Can psychics predict my future?

   No! Psychics can predict one or more probable outcomes of any given situation -- but free will always plays its part! A psychic reading may be 50 -- 99% accurate, but never 100%.

2. Can psychics really reunite me with a lost love?

   Depending upon the psychic's claim, the answer is yes and no. Psychics can examine the current paths you and your lost love are on, to see if reconciliation is possible. Once they see a possible outcome, they can advise you on your best course of action, and offer spiritual guidance to help you participate in the reconciliation.

   Any psychic who claims they can guarantee your lover's return is a fraudulent psychic! They may have psychic abilities -- but there is no such thing as a guaranteed reconciliation.

3. Can psychics speak to the dead?

   Yes! A psychic with medium capabilities can speak to deceased souls! Such psychics use the senses of sight, touch, emotion, hearing and smell to connect with those who have passed away. But a responsible medium will never call upon a departed soul -- because they are at rest! When a spirit has something to say, they will come on their own.

4. How can I tell a real psychic from a phony psychic?

   A real psychic will never ask you to say more than your question, your name, your birth date, and the names of people or places you are asking about. They will not request any other information from you. Should someone try to pump you for more information than those mentioned, then you know that they are not a legitimate psychic.

5. How will a phony psychic try to defraud me?

   In many ways! Usually, a phony psychic pretends to see something that can be "fixed" -- with an expensive psychic cure! For instance, a fraud may say there is a curse over you, even though there is no such thing as a curse! Frauds may also say that your aura or chakras are blocked, and that they can unblock them with some "energy work." A fraud may also advise you to buy a candle to burn -- for an outrageous amount of money!

   And finally, any psychic who claims to be 100 percent accurate is a definite fraud!

6. Can a psychic or a witch cast a working spell for me?

   No! When someone casts a spell, it is their own desires and intentions that manifest the spell. When someone else casts the spell for you, your chance of it manifesting is only 50% -- the same odds as if you'd never cast the spell in the first place!

   You must also be certain that your spell is written in a karmically correct way! Spells can backfire when they manipulate free will, so always use caution!

7. If psychics are real, why can't they foresee their own future?

   For the same reason that a psychologist or a doctor can't be their own patient, they are too close to the situation to see what's really there. A psychic may see what they want to see, rather then what the reading is really saying.

   Destiny also plays its part. If you foresee the future, you can change it, and some things aren't meant to be changed. So the future won't be revealed. We are here on this planet to learn life lessons. Predestined life lessons cannot be interfered with.

One last thing…the answer I gave to the question at the beginning. I told him that this is how I see it. I work diligently to keep my energy clear and clean, when I am online working, I am in balance and in tune, I trust in the energy around me for I work hard to keep it clean of my personal subjective opinions, so that I am only giving what I am getting from spirit. This is how I connect through the phone; it is not easy by the end of a day that is true. This is why I know where my limits are.

Remember this; we are all everyday people too. We are Moms and Dads with children, dinner to make, laundry to do....lives to lead. We are compelled to help others through their lives, even as we live our own. We have opinions, similar situations, relationships, and so on that lead us to our own wisdom level. So all of these things rolled up into one; means that no one is perfect. A truly balanced Psychic knows how to separate the subjective personal life from the spiritually guided energy that flows through them.

Find peace within your heart knowing that you are seeking guidance and direction for a reason. Make the changes in your life to exact the outcomes you are seeking.
